For most substrates, HP Indigo ink will only adhere properly with additional help. We developed the water-based DigiPrime® primer specifically to provide a cost-effective solution to this problem that is easy on operators and the environment.

DigiPrime® and the Growing World of HP Indigo
DigiPrime® makes digital printing cost-effective on a wide variety of paper and film substrates. Over 50 end-users in North America, Europe, Asia, the Pacific Rim and Latin America use DigiPrime®, and the market is growing.
Emerging uses for DigiPrime® include flexible packaging such as cellulose films, aluminum foils and papers used solely or in combination for food and non-food products. Flexible packaging is popular in the retail, industrial and healthcare sectors. Shrink sleeves and label printing are particularly appropriate for digital printing with DigiPrime®.
